Description of the problem | Power train/engine recall. I brought my vehicle to the dealership to let them know my vehicle accelerated when i applied my brakes and it does this all the time. They said it was some module that needed to be adjusted or updated and the problem was not fixed. The problem is not fixed and it just the other night while driving down the road i applied my brakes because a car pulled out in front of me and the jeep lunged forward then slowed down. This is an ongoing issue amongst others with jeep cherokees because i have asked my neighbor and others ive met with jeep cherokee's and they have all mentioned this happens to them as well. It is in the jeep forums, why is this issue not fixed, to be honest i don't feel safe driving my vehicle. I'm in the military and have to drive over 60 miles per day to and from work and this is unacceptable. It happens pretty much every time i drive the vehicle. |
