Description of the problem | 2015 jeep cherokee v6 exhibits a vibration or "shimmy" during acceleration. Vibration occurs at between 13-17 mph just prior to shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear (in "auto" transmission mode). Vibration always occurs, but is more pronounced as the drive train heats up. The dealer acknowledged that this has been a common problem, but that chrysler has yet to identify a definitive fix for the defect. |
