Description of the problem | Driving up steep hill, transmission failed, car went into neutral, flashing red messages on dash, car rolled backwards. Had to put on emergency brake and jump out. Towed to local dealership in berkely, ca. They replaced transmission and updated software as of oct. 1,2015. Car purchased new in feb. 2015, has 5000 miles. Now car lurches forward, when driving. I feel like i will have an accident. Chrysler customer care doesn't return phone calls. I guess i am lucky i haven't injured myself or anyone else yet!! |
