Description of the problem | I have been consistently having transmission issues with my jeep cherokee 15' to include but not limited to: jumpy, lurching and rough shifting during acceleration and deceleration, inconsistent acceleration, grinding/clicking noises during automatic shifting and delayed shifting. The rough shifting, lurching and jumpiness is noticeable on city streets and at low speeds in my parking garage. The delayed shifting has happened on city streets. The inconsistent acceleration is noticeable at highway speeds along with erratic shifting patterns that are unpredictable. The scariest thing about this transmission is its tendency to lurch forward when i try to park my car, when i am stopped at a red light or when i start my car and head out of my parking garage. |
