Description of the problem | The vehicle transmission shift quality is erratic! Occupants experience lurching and bucking sensation at low speeds in both forward and reverse motions. This results in a potential safety concern for pedestrians in addition to an unsafe and uncomfortable ride in the vehicle. An unmistakeable consequence is the impairment in value of this vehicle in reference to resale. The dealership has attempted to remedy the stated issue on several occasions with no success. The dealership has also on multiple occasions stated that future software upgrades will alleviate the shift quality issue of this 9-speed automatic transmission but has yet to deliver any such remedy.
