Description of the problem	I was on the freeway traveling at about 70 mph when the service transmission light came on. A few minutes after that i lost power to the transmission. I tried shifting it into neutral and than shifting back into drive with no change. I was stuck in the emergency lane on the #3 side of the freeway. A state trooper was dispatched. As i was in park (can't remember if i shut the engine off or not) he had me put it into drive to see if the transmission would engage long enough to get me off the freeway. It did engage. I immediately exited the freeway and called the dealership. They had me call jeep roadside assistance who dispatched a tow truck to deliver the vehicle to the dealership. In addition to the transmission not working the dash lights came on and will not turn back off.
