Description of the problem | Our jeep feels as though it is bucking/transmission will slip. We have taken it to the dealership only to be told that they can't duplicate the issue or they have did a software upgrade that should fix the problem. It is only a bandaid and decreases the amount it does the bucking but will go back to normal after a few hundred miles. Recenlty our screen as well will not turn on for up to 5th minutes of driving and occasionally get a message that says the phone is out of service and to contact dealer. Again we contact the dealer only to be told they can not duplicate the issue and nothing can be done. The shifting happens generally when going in between the speeds of 5-35 mph. It's becoming scary to drive as we jerk while in motion. |
