Description of the problem | I have the service shifter light coming on regularly. It started this spring and has continued to get worse. I have contacted jeep and they won't answer any questions for me. They simply say to take it to the dealership. I have read a lot of forums and see that dealerships don't know how to fix the issue, they simply replace parts until the issue goes away. The problem then comes back on again several months later. One instance they changed the same parts three times. When is jeep going to step up and own the problem? Ridiculous that a company won't stand behind a $35,000 vehicle. |
