Description of the problem	I hereby inform you that my jeep cherokee has a care plus protection, this vehicle (given on trade-in by the original owner) was purchased from a lexus dealer in ponce, pr. They cannot give me the information from the original owner [xxx], for privacy reasons, it has been unsuccessful to locate the original owner to be able to make the transfer, i need it to be done, since the jeep still has its guarantee and therefore the owner original paid for this plan (info above), i have also been guided by lawyers regarding a "class settlement" based on the defective transmission of the manufacturer from the years 2014 to 2017, really this gonna be my last last option, finally i found the original owner and he sent me the transfer form already signed and i sent thru mail, if the care plus guarantee was paid, why they do not transfer it to me having the transfer form. My vehicle is currently at the dealer for transmission issues, and i have no car at this time. The transfer form was sent to troy michigan and was received on august 5-2020. I called today, and they said that this plan that cover until november 2021 was cancelled without any notice from the owner or me, they claim that i have to do the transfer 60 days after purchased from the dealer. I'm the purchaser, how can i know this vehicle has the protection plan already paid, even the dealer lexus didn't know that, because this was a trade-in.
