Description of the problem | When brakes are pressed the engine revs up, and jerks, the rpms shot up, then plummet, and the power surges, and you feel the car struggle to find the correct gear. Service engine light on, cannot be reset by dealer when at a stop and going up incline, no power at all may 1. 2015 brought to dealer. Hooked up to computer, an hour later dealer returns telling that the vehicle needs parts. They are back ordered. We are sent home with a unsafe vehicle told to come back in four weeks. |
