Description of the problem | I have a 2015 jeep cherokee limited 4x4, when i try to slow down or stop the vehicle will speed up. It is like you are giving it gas instead of applying the break. It was purchased with around 13500 miles on the odometer on 9-22-2018, it now has 21360 miles as of 11-27-2018. The transmission completely stopped working on the highway in traffic. The transmission would not make the vehicle move and acted as if it was not in any gear. It has seamed to have issues from the time i purchased it and i was told by a jeep dealership that it was just the normal way that the 9 speed transmission worked. If this is normal for a transmission to fail at 21000 miles i feel that is a major concern and a huge issue. |
