Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 jeep cherokee. The vehicle was being towed by a 2000 holiday rambler endeavor recreational vehicle. While the rv was driving 55-60 mph, the jeep shimmied violently without warning. The jeep was taken to folsom lake chrysler dodge jeep ram (12545 folsom blvd, folsom, ca 95630 (888) 480-1238) where the diagnosis was unknown. While the cherokee was at the dealer, the contact notified the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent a new wiring harness to the dealer and the jeep was repaired. A year later, while the jeep was being towed by the holiday rambler, the failure recurred. The manufacturer had the cherokee towed to autoworld dodge chrysler jeep ram (1370 auto center dr, petaluma, ca 94952 (707) 762-2712), but the dealer refused to diagnose or repair the vehicle without knowing the repair history. The vehicle was taken back to folsom lake chrysler dodge jeep ram, but the failure could not be duplicated. The contact stated that the jeep cherokee only violently shimmied while being towed.
