Description of the problem | Jeep cherokee trailhawk, 2015. This has been an ongoing problem, since shortly after purchase 8/10/15. This happens when driving. Sometimes highway sometimes county road. When jeep shifts there is a significant "jerk" that can be felt. Similar to whiplash. No specific time or place that it happens. Just at random times. Have had this in to dealership 3 times. One time they did software update. Did not solve problem. The next two visits the technician said they did not experience any problems during test drive. It seems to be a transmission problem. That is main problem--but there is also a problem with the radio. When on am, it sounds as if there is someone inside the radio hammering with a hammer. Again, dealer did not experience this problem while driving. |
