Description of the problem | Left rear rim blew without hitting anything as chrysler has assumed we have done. The rim blew while driving on an off ramp to interstate. There is no tire damage and chrysler maintains that we hit something (pothole or something else). The rim has significant damage. We believe there is a defect in the rim and chrysler refuses to admit to this. After reviewing several online complaints, we can see other customers have encountered the same thing. This is unsafe and hazardous. |
