Description of the problem | I bought this car brand new oct 2017. At about 20k miles, on the expressway going maybe 50 mph, the service shifter light came on for the 1st time. All lights on the shifter turned red (park, reverse, neutral & drive). A few times my ac would not run when this light is on. This is very scary when you are on the expressway. I googled the reviews and found that for the past 3/4 years majority of the jeep cherokees have this same issue. The light will go off when you cut the engine off and crank it back up.
