Description of the problem | Service shifter message appears out of nowhere and jeep says that this is not covered by warranty. I? Ve seen many complaints about the same issue and would request an investigation for a recall since this seem to be a life threatening situation and it also seems that jeep is both caring that much about it. They say we need to change the shifter. Car is only 3 years old and has only 25k miles. This is happening very often now. And to have the car turned off and then back on is not a solution to me and many other jeep buyers. Completely disappointed and would never buy a jeep cherokee again. |
