Description of the problem | I bought this car brand new, and i have the very common service shifter problem going on in my car. I made the appointment for today and over the weekend the car just slipped into neutral while i was driving and scared me to death. Luckily no one was behind me when this happened. I had to turn the car off and back on to get it to let me to shift. I just get a call from the dealership and they tell me it is covered under my extended warranty but i have to pay $100. 00 deductible. Why do i have to pay anything when this seems to be a jeep issue!!!!! I am so mad and frustrated and i dont have the money to fork out when i already have extended coverage. |
