Description of the problem | I was attempting to merge onto the interstate when my jeep shut off on me while on the entrance ramp. My car display flashed the battery symbol as well as the oil life symbol (oil life was at 55% according to vehicle display). It took several minutes before my jeep would start again. I am unsure if the exact cause but i would assume that it is a safety feature to protect the engine, however it put me in a situation that could have easily cost me my life. |
