Description of the problem | My 2017 jeep cherokee trailhawk keeps giving me a "service shifter" light/warning. This has happened several times. The lights or warning goes away when i turn my jeep off and i restart it. I called and went to the dealership and was told i had to take the jeep when the warning comes up but it is hard to get it there as it usually happens when i am not near the dealership. This issue has happened while in park, driving on the highway and on city streets. I was told by the dealership that they don't cover fixing the issue. |
