Description of the problem | Car stalled going down the freeway without warning, taken to dealership and was told low on oil, oil changed and no word of oil consumption problem, asked and got an oil consumption test at dealer to which they said 1 quart per 2000 miles is normal. Had independent oil consumption test done at masons automotive and the car is burning 1 quart of oil every 747 miles. Now a recall to reprogram the computer. The car is also on its 3rd set of batteries due to battery failure, both batteries had failed leaving us stranded as the batteries fail instantly.
