Description of the problem | When driving, the vehicle will suddenly stop, check engine, check transmission, service engine soon all light up and the car will not restart. The vehicle has had an oil and filter change at 5,000 miles. The error codes are: p3506 and p2af5: cylinder misfire fault detected, throttle position sensor, sensor reference volatage circuit low, crankshaft position sensor, engine oil pressure sensor, accelerator pedal position sensor circuit 1 low. The vehicle is 16 months old and has 7,000 miles. This has happened at least 7 times, the last 3 yesterday. All city driving, once in the driveway. Sometimes vehicle won't turn off, but you cannot move forward. If you wait about 5-10 minutes, all returns to normal until the next event. Maybe in a week, maybe in 5 minutes. |
