Description of the problem | While driving this vehicle at 55 mph on a parkway, the middle dashboard began randomly displaying 'service now' and 'service' needed messages for the hill-assist and auto-start features. It continued flashing other messages that i could not read because at the same time, my steering wheel completely locked up. It would not turn left or right. I had trouble applying pressure to the brakes. This was an extremely terrifying experience because, as mentioned, i was moving quickly on a parkway with other cars around and an inability to control or easily slow down my vehicle. |
