Description of the problem | Leather dashboard is separating from dashboard and may cause issue if airbag should deploy. This defect has been on the news. I filed a complaint with chrysler in 2016. Since then, i've made trips to the dealership only to have the person submitting pictures be terminated. Now chrysler will not respond to my requests to have this fixed. I've kept all communication. There's no way with the entire leather dash separating from the dash the passenger airbag be able to deploy properly. I've followed up and been as patient as possible looking for a remedy. |
