Description of the problem | Tried to start the jeep in the morning and it would crank but not turn over and start. Called the jeep dealership and had it towed in. After they checked it they said a tipm unit went bad and may take days to months to get a new one and would cost $1300. The vehicle is under 3 years old and i found several hundred other persons having the exact same problem in different states. I would request an inquiry into this issue and see if a formal recall is in order. Thank you in advance for any help you could provide. *jb |
