Description of the problem | 2011 jeep grand cherokee. I have been waiting since july for tipm replacement . (went out @ 17,000 miles) vehicle difficult to start. Was told by dealership to keep trying to drive until the part became available. However, during this time the vehicle started stalling in traffic and while driving, making this a very unsafe situation! Car is parked now and dealer estimates 4-6 wks until tipm will become available due to backorder. |
