Description of the problem | I have a 2011 jeep grand cherokee limited with approximately 32k miles. I began seeing an issue several weeks ago where the engine would crank but wouldn't start (using push button starter). Eventually it would start. Over the last several weeks the problem has intermittently reappeared but seems to be getting worse as it's taking longer to start once the issue is seen. I've noticed that if i use the key instead of the push button it'll start right away. In what i initially thought was unrelated i also experienced the engine simply cutting off while driving. Fortunately i was only driving about 5 mph on both occasions in which this occurred. Please contact me if any additional details are required. Thank you, |
