Description of the problem | Our jeep was giving us problems starting & many of times we had to get it jumped or charge the battery all night. My fiance spoke to jeep about this problem as it seems certain systems aren't completely turning off & thus using up our battery even when the vehicle is off. They currently have a two week waiting period for service and now we have a completely out of commission jeep. It will no longer start, it will turn over but that's all. This is only three months after having to do the brake recall since we would randomly lose our brakes. I currently have a 3 year old car, that i can't use & a two week wait till it can be fixed. I commute 45 minutes to work & this was supposed to be our winter weather vehicle. Very disappointed with jeep. |
