Description of the problem | Our car stopped working and we were stranded. I was stranded with my 3 year old child. The vehicle's alarm went off and the tires locked making it difficult to tow. We called the chrysler twice and they cannot tell us when the parts will be arriving. The dealership fixed the totally integrated power module ( the part listed in my recall notice). However, chrysler refuses to reimburse me for my expenses until they receive parts. It has been a month and i paid $1400. 17 for the recalled part and labor. |
