Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start until after repeated attempts. The contact also stated while driving approximately 25 mph, the engine stalled and an abnormal sound emitted from the fuel tank. The vehicle was taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing and the fuel pump relay was replaced. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign id number: 14v53000 (electrical system).
