Description of the problem | 2011 jeep grand cherokee. Consumer received repairs on vehicle due to recall notice and would like reimbursement. *ta the consumer stated the vehicle would intermittently turn over, but never start due to lack of fuel. Repeated attempts to start the vehicle were unsuccessful for a while, but eventually it wouldn't start at all. The dealer informed the consumer the problem was with the tipm, which was a recalled part. However, the dealer stated they would have to charge him, even he if showed them the recall notice.
