Description of the problem | Recall repair for visor was completed jan. 16,2015. On may 18th 2015 while driving the drivers side sun visor erupted into flames. I pulled into the nearest location, which was a gas station. The mechanic doused the flames with his fire extinguisher.... The car was towed to the dealer where it was purchased and we are still waiting to hear from this dealer. In feb. The car was serviced for electrical problems twice in a 2 week time period.... We are seniors and this was our only car . We don't know where to turn now or how this will be resolved by jeep. |
