Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated that the battery indicator illuminated, the radio shut off, and the vehicle stalled without warning. The contact had to coast the vehicle to the side of the road. The vehicle was unable to restart and was towed to the contact's residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact was uncertain if the vehicle was included in a manufacturer recall for the alternator assembly.
