Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. While driving approximately 10 mph, the vehicle suddenly shut off and could not be restarted. The vehicle was towed to tri-star jeep chrysler (1260 n center ave, somerset, pa 15501, pa) where it was diagnosed that the alternator was faulty and needed to be replaced. The alternator, battery, and power train control module were replaced. The failure was remedied. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 166,000. |
