Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. While driving 75 mph, the stereo shut off and the battery warning indicator illuminated. The engine shut off soon after and all the warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was towed to the contact's home. The contact's husband replaced the alternator, but the failure continued. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
