Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. The contact received a notification of nhtsa campaign number: 19v813000 (electrical system) however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. Hayes chrysler dodge jeep ram of gainesville(3115 frontage rd, gainesville, ga 30504) was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. After receiving the letter, the contact stated that while traveling at 60 mph, the vehicle began to lose power without warning;however,the vehicle quickly regained power and resumed normal operation. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer had been notified of the recall on two separate occasions. The first time he contacted the manufacturer he was informed that the parts were not available. The second time he called the manufacturer he was informed that the parts had shipped to his local dealer and that parts were available. The failure mileage was approximately 35,000.
