Description of the problem | There were (3) electrical failures leading up to the complete electrical and engine system shutting down while driving. Electrical failures started with key and key fob not functioning, which caused vehicle to be inoperative until win module was replaced. The major safety concern occurred when vehicle completely stopped functioning while driving 40 mph. All headlights and electrical system shut down, power steering disabled, brakes locked, engine dead. Hazards wouldn't work and this was a major safety concern when vehicle is stuck in the middle of the road, with no lights and it was late in the evening and very dark. |
