Description of the problem | Unable to use remote entry and,start-message unable to locate key-have to use manual entry system etc. Dealer fixed same day. Now approx. One year later with only 8,550 miles unable to do again same type problem but more so-we were taken both set of keys to unlock doors and to start -then would not do either back to manual. Dealer service said 10 days -to 2 weeks to replace -now after checking with dealer after 2 weeks we were advised up to 1 month more due to backlog. |
