Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. While the vehicle was parked, the contact noticed oil underneath the vehicle on the carport floor. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to opelika ford chrysler dodge jeep ram (801 columbus pkwy, opelika, al 36801 (334) 749-8113) where it was diagnosed that the oil filter housing was cracked, which caused the leak. The oil filter housing needed replacement, but the vehicle was not repaired due to cost. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened.
