Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. While approaching a stop sign, the steering wheel became difficult to turn and the brake pedal was difficult to depress. In addition, the contact depressed the accelerator pedal to the floorboard, but the vehicle seized and the engine shut off. The contact stated that all the indicators were illuminated on the instrument panel, but the vehicle failed to restart. The vehicle was placed into park and the vehicle started when the push start button was depressed. The vehicle was taken to lithia chrysler jeep of reno (located at 3223 mill st, reno, nv 89502) where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump relay needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
