Description of the problem	I have a 2011 jeep grand cherokee overland. It was subject to a recall (p54) which was for a faulty fuel pump relay. The faulty fuel pump relay would cause the jeep to loose all power which, in turn, caused a loss of power to steering and braking making the care extremely dangerous if driving when the fuel pump relay failed. I had the recall completed, but in 2019 the very same problem started again. I called jeep and they said to take the vehicle to an authorized jeep dealer and if they verified the fuel pump relay was faulty they would pay for repairs. I did that and actually called jeep when to notify when i took the car in. The jeep dealer verified the fuel pump relay was fault again and replaced. But, jeep failed to pay and i had to. They have not refunded the cost to me. Jeep has replaced a faulty fuel pump relay with exactly the same thing, a faulty fuel pump relay, exposing motorists to extreme danger. If you are driving down the highway, in traffic and you loose steering and braking serious injury or death could be involved. Jeep knew what it was doing in replacing a faulty part with exactly the same faulty part in the recall.
