Description of the problem | Received a recall notice in november 2019, and still no part available from chrysler. My jeep is having the issue related to the recall and they don't know when it will be available. There is temporary part available at the dealer that they can put in the meantime, but i have to pay for the diagnosis and the part and labor and if they agree, they may reimburse me for some of it. That is not okay, because if the original part was available by know, i wouldn't have to pay for anything! The recalled part, fuel relay issues, causes the engine to stall with out warning, while your running or not start at all. I shouldn't have to pay for an issue due to a recall. Six months to come up with a recalled part is a little long to make "minor fix" as i've been told 15 times! |
