Description of the problem | My brake booster has a malfunction causing vacuum loss in the brake booster. This causes difficulties in stopping my car. I have read about a recall pertaining to this issue so i called chrysler about this and they said that they will issue a recall in may and i should go ahead and have the repairs completed at my dealership since there's no way of the customer service rep knowing if my car is included. She also stated that there is no way of knowing if i will be able to be reimbursed for paying for the repair out of pocket. |
