Description of the problem | I was informed of recall from the local chicago news. Called dealership few weeks later, because i had not received the recall notice via mail yet. They informed me that they had not been given notice about it either. Week later received the notice in the mail. Week later went to dealership to have work done and was informed they didn't have the parts, and would not have the parts until august of 2014. I went home and called chrysler and they said that the dealership should have the parts in two weeks. Now three weeks later i just called the dealership and they still don't have the parts and again was told that they would not have the parts until august again. I called chrysler again and they only said that my case has been escalated and that i would be informed/called by dealer and/or chrysler when the dealer can do the work. What the blank, blank is going on????? |
