Description of the problem | Recall p14 / nhtsa 14v-154 i received this recall notice approximately june 15th, and today, july 2, called my local dealership to take care of this recall and install the needed parts. I was told there are "no parts available yet for this recall". What? You send out a recall notice for a potentially dangerous break malfunction... And there are no parts available yet? The serviceman at martin swanty dodge/chrysler/jeep in kingman, arizona told me that another recall notice will be sent when the parts become available... Really? I hope parts become available before an accident may occur! |
