Description of the problem | On 5/18/2014 i lost all power assisted braking due to a failed brake booster. On monday, 5/19-2014 i had it replaced at a local shop in shields, mi. In accordance with chrysler's recall notice p14-nhtsa 14v-154, i submitted a reimbursement request for $382. 82 to chrysler customer assistance at p. O box 21-8007, auburn hills, mi later that month and a submitted a follow up request on august 5, 2014. To date i have received neither a reimbursement nor acknowledgement of my requests. |
