Description of the problem | We received an important safety recall letter about the brake booster on my wife's 2011 jeep grand cherokee and called our dealer, westgate chrysler in plainfield, in, on june 13, 2014, at 10:19 a. M. And were told it would be two(2) months more. Today, october 31, 2014, at 8:38 a. M. We were told it was still on order. Tomorrow will be the first day of november! I wanted to let you know, so hopefully you can address this issue with chrysler. If the brake may be compromised and may "cause a crash without warning" this is a serious issue and chrysler needs to do a much better job of servicing it. Thank you, in advance, for your assistance. |
