Description of the problem | I brought my jeep in to meadowland ford in carmel ny for recall p14 on august 6,2014. I was told they had to order a part and they would call me when it came in. I have called several times and was told they still don't have the part. I have since received 2 more recalls on this vehicle p36 and p54. Please complete my first recall so i can have the other 2 fixed. What is the delay? |
