Description of the problem | we received brake booster recall notice (p14/nhtsa 14v-154) back in july 2014. We immediately called dealer. They said they would order the part. Now 6 months have passed. Dealer reports that "they are working on customers who responded in june, 2014 and will get to us as chrysler releases more parts." six months seems like an unreasonably long time to wait for recall parts. *js |
