Description of the problem | I have received multiple recall notices multiple times (p36, p14, p54), i have asked my local jeep dealer (rairdon's of bellingham wa) about these recalls multiple times over the last year and have been informed that the parts are not available yet to perform the repairs for these recalls, they also assured me that i was on the waiting list for these recalls to be performed, i still have not been contacted. Finally i called another jeep dealer karmart jeep of burlington wa, they said they had the parts in stock and scheduled my appointment and took care of all three recalls. I am not happy that rairdons put my safety and my family's safety in jeopardy for well over a year when parts were obviously available. |
