Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. While driving 30 mph and attempting to stop, the brake pedal stuck to the floorboard. The driver managed to engage the brake pedal until the vehicle came to a stop. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The vehicle was repaired per nhtsa campaign number: 14v154000 (service brakes, service brakes, hydraulic), but the dealer stated that the booster was performing normally and all the vehicle required was the shield.
